What is it?

The phpCOIN (Clients, Order, Invoices, and Notes) scripts is for hosting resellers (at least for now) to be able to perform the following:

Take Order and Client information from the client.

Direct client to a single "Pay Link" based on services selected. Basically any billing vendor that provides pay links will work.

Support for auto-status and emailing of invoices by admin trigger, or by cron job.

Admin can define products / services.

Support for a "Custom Order Request" submittal for custom services.

Support for specific client products (as part of COR setup). Assign products to ALL or individual client.

Support for multiple item invoices.

Support for recurring clients under one username / client id.

Support for multiple domains under each client.

Client to site reseller contact form.

Client access to own profile information.

Client access to view own data on file: Client Info, Order History, Invoice History, etc.

Client access to email copy own data on file: Client Info, Orders, Invoices, Helpdesk Support Tickets, etc.

Client / Admin access to "print" version of data on file: Client Info, Order History, Invoice History, Helpdesk Support Tickets, etc.

Permit reseller to send various emails to clients- newsflash, confirmations, invoices, reminders, etc..

Permit reseller to generate and send invoices / reminders to clients.

Permit reseller to send client server account activation email (contains server control panel and account information).

HelpDesk Support Ticket module.

The scripts will be all php (4.1.x or better) output and will be supported by a MySQL database.
