What is it?
A
Plus Bill is an online invoicing
system, with online help desk
and auto billing capability
via cron jobs. It includes a
user-friendly backend to keep
track of clients and repeated
charges. It is created for web
hosting companies, ISP providers,
general invoicing and customer
management. Admin can search,
add, edit and delete clients,
client's files and invoices.
When creating a new invoice,
admin can email a copy of invoice
to customer. With Built in Mailing
list, admin can send bulk-mails
or newsletters to all or selected
customers. Client may search
their own activities and view
or print due and paid invoices.
Admin
features:
Accounts: View, update,
edit, and delete active accounts,
due accounts, pending accounts.
Add new accounts, overview accounts
totals and subscriptions totals.
For each account, view purchase
reports, total invoices and
total amounts for current and
previous year, view details
and pay or delete due invoices,
view details and mark not paid
or delete paid invoices and
send e-mail to the client.
Admin: Change password,
number of records per page and
update database.
Billing: Lists number
of due subscriptions and due
reminder notices to be send
(if cron tab in not set) then
click on the link will run auto
billing engine manually to generate
and send due reminder notice
7 day before date due, for due
subscriptions generates new
invoice and posts to due accounts,
then e-mails a copy to client
and admin. (If you have cron
job setup you do not need to
run auto billing manually, depending
on setup time auto billing engine
will run by cron job)
Log in: Log in with user
name and password or retrieve
your password.
Help Desk: View all open,
closed and resolved support
tickets, then reply, reopen,
save or delete any of support
tickets. When reply or reopen
a ticket an e-mail with the
whole ticket and a link is send
to the client.
Products: View all product
list, then add new product,
edit or delete existing products.
Sales: View total invoices
and total sales amount for current
and previous year with the totals
for each month of year.

rows, Click on any listed item
to display the actual invoice
with details.
Change password: Allows
clients to change their password.
Log in: Allows clients
to login with their user name
and password or retrieve password.
New order: Allows clients
to place a new order.
Order form: Allows new
clients to create an account
and place an order.
Print invoice: Allows
client to print any selected
invoice.
Profile: Allows clients
to view or update their personal
file.
Report: Client can view
total purchases for current
and previous year.
Subscriptions: Allows
clients to view their repeated
charges.
